we won our 2nd game at the da’awah tournament (3rd as a team), although base sa review, lamang kami sa laban, we never took the game so easily. two of our big man was not able to play, may overtime sila until 9pm (kateer fulus!)1, as a coach you have to understand that their work must comes first.
hindi naman bitin ang line-up namin, we still have 12 players to suit up for the game, malalim naman ang bench namin that even our second stringer would perform well. dionie was able to play after nursing an injury, his ankle was sprained during our practice and he performed very well. marlon was able to get his game going, medyo disappointed siya sa first 2 games n’ya, deks performed his role very well and niko’s 3 point shot nailed the opponents.
we lead the game all through out, we managed to keep a double digit advantage since the start of the 2nd quarter. the game ended with 82-66 on the scoreboard.
wala mung chop-chop2, di pa naire-reimburse ni deks yung 2 resibo nung 2 panalo namin. as usual, almost 2km walk na naman pauwi sa bahay, all for the love of the game.
