The 28th Flores de Mayo (May flower festival) of Manila was held yesterday at the Raja Sulaiman Park. It was spearheaded by the Congregacion del Santuissimo Nombre del Niño Jesus, City of Manila & the Department of Torism together with this years Hermanos & Hermanas Mayores.
Thirty designers from the Fashion Designers Association of the Philippines (FDAP) showcased their works, here are some of the beautiful Sagalas that I’ve captured.
A fashion show was held at te park & the Sagalas paraded on the north bound lane of Roxas Blvd. (kaya trapik uli) to Puerta Real in Intramuros where the announcement of the winners was held.
As expected, I did not took any pictures of the parade, the fashion show & the awarding as well, it’s the traffic, since they closed the northbound traffic, just imagine how bad it could be. I could have captured the fashion show but I got pissed by some photographers who don’t care about others as long as they get what they want. I don’t know what I’m talking about.
Anyways, I truly enjoyed shooting it, I highly recommend that you witness this annual event.

For sure there were more photographers than models…
It can only get worser since everybody is fast becoming a photographer…

nice shots, i really wish im one of those.But anyway, may you please tell me,how did they chose the ones who participated? i mean,the “models”.
