In quest for the best camera bag

May 2nd, 2008 · No Comments

Finding the best camera bag is a never ending struggle.

There are a lot of considerations, like, the number of gears that you have, is it easy to carry, etc. etc. I myself passed through that kind of struggle, I ended up buying Tamrac Pro 8, I have no complain with it, the bag can fit my 2 DSLR’s (Nikon D70 & Nikon 80 with grip) with lenses attached, 2 SB 800 Speedlights, several other lenses & pockets for accessories.

But you can’t shoot properly with this large bag hanging on your shoulder, that’s why I find it necessary to get myself a belt-system.
Tamrac Belt System

This is a Tamrac Modular Accessory System™ (MAS™) consisting of a large belt (MBX5399), 2 large lens cases (MX5378) & a Medium Accessory Pocket (MX5384) to house my flash.

With this, access to my lens will be easier, I’d just wear this on my waist & lenses will be available anytime. This belt system will be tested tomorrow when I shoot Aliwan Festival 2008 at Roxas Boulevard. I’m also planning to buy a water bottle holder & an Adventure Zoom 4 (5514) Camera bag to complete the system.
