My internet connection f*cked up for 2 days!

That I would consider as one of the most grueling days that I’ve experience, for someone like me who’s internet has become an integral part of my daily living (adik!), being disconnected is not really an option.

This is not the first time that I had problems with my Internet Service Provider, I remember last year when my I experience a download speed of 24kbps & an upload rate of 4kbps, can you imagine that?! But I’m stuck with this provider unless PLDT would speed up connecting new lines in our subdivision. The last time I inquired, the contractor told me, but, requested not to quote him, “the project was delayed because of the ZTE Broadband controversy”, it looks like that the new telecom expansion project here is hooked up on the whole ZTE deal which not only includes government, but private borrowings as well.

To makes matters worst, I called the customer support, not once but 4 times! What can I do? I’m so p*ssed! As usual, each time I call, the only real answer that I get was “we were sorry for that Sir.”

Really, I hate the experience, one thing good about what happened was I was able to do some other things that I might not able to do while busy surfing the net. I’m currently designing a WordPress theme and hopefully, with a little more fine tuning, I will be able to release it soon. I’m into reading more, I’m currently an e-book entitled the SEO Bible and Richard North Patterson’s Conviction.

I just wish that this won’t happen again (fingers crossed) and hopefully, PLDT DSL will be available soon!
