Since dumating ako last August 2, 2005, ako na ang nagluluto ng pagkain ko. Dati kasi I would rather eat outside or let somebody cook for me. I’m not good in cooking kahit na exposed ako sa pagluluto, malimit kasi akong isama ni ermats noon kapag naimbitahan siyang magluto sa mga handaan. Alam ko ung my style ng paghiwa ng karne, gulay at iba pang sangkap. And s’yempre kaya ako naandoon ay para may abled body na maghalo at magbuhos ng sang katerbang sangkap.
But I never really learned how to cook, mas expert ako sa pagtikim. 
Eto na ang problema. The first few days ko dito, puro prito, manok, hotdog, itlog basta pwedeng prituhin yun ang ulam ko. The next week, ibang eksperimento naman, check ako ng recipe sa internet at ayun nakita ko ang Adobong Manok, thank god for the internet at least may resources diba.
Eto na ang masakit, kagabi I tried cooking Tinolang Manok and the result, wag n’yo na itanong. Damn! Basta! Matututo din ako. Marami pang oras.
