I was watching the show The Beat yesterday on QTV11 when I saw familiar faces.

Miriam Quiambao was interviewing prominent people in the Philippine pro blogging world, well obviously they were talking about ways on earning money through blogging. Four Pinoy pro bloggers were interviewed, I recognized Abe Olandes & Angelo Racoma & the other 2 didn’t ring a bell. The bottom line is that they left their 9-5 job to venture into pro blogging.

I’ve been blogging for more than 4 years now, although I’m earning a bit from my blogging, I can’t still consider myself as a pro blogger.

From being a simple daily journal, blogging has evolved into a viable means earning money.

I remember one time when I was chatting with Karmi:

me: tinatamad na rin ako minsan
karmi: parang di na katulad ng dati eh..
karmi: basta. hehehe
karmi: mga bc na rin kasi mga tao.. ^_^
me: nawala na yung excitement ng blogging
karmi: korak kuya. hehehe
me: wala ng kulitan
karmi: ala na.
karmi: mga bc nang magpayaman.
karmi: hehehe
me: nauso kasi yung make money
karmi: oo nga po.
me: na-divert attention doon
karmi: panay sponsored post na tuloy.
me: hehehehe

I have nothing against pro blogging or earning while blogging, I just missed the way it was, how & what was the word blogging meant.
