Chronology:

May 2004 - The domain southpawlife [dot] com was registered and hosted by mobilehive [dot] com.
Late May 2004 - version 1 was released, the HTML version.
June 2004 - version 2 a.k.a. PORTAL Version, replaced the HTML version.
Mid September 2004 - v3 a.k.a. the howling wolf version went online.
End of September 2004 - v4 a.k.a. the Che Guevarra version was launched, after a few days, I received not so good response from my viewers, it was eye-straining I would admit.
October 2004 - v5 was released replacing the “eye-straining” version.
November 2004 - southpawlife [dot] com went on hiatus, only the blog page remained active.
December 2004 - The webmaster registered through marvinsweb [dot] com a new domain, bytemypix.com.
January 2005 - v6 was released, guestbook & photo gallery were likewise added.
February 2005 - Version 6.2 was realeased, adding a new section, the photoblog.
August 2005 - Version 8.30 was realeased, changing the color scheme.
December 2004 - The webmaster closed bytemypix.com.
January 2006 - Version 9.0 a.k.a. hang in there was realeased.
22 March 2006 - masterbetong [dot] net was born, hosting & domain name registration was done by marvins web.
03 April 2006 - masterbetong [dot] net was officially launched.

The Page:

The domain was registered through marvin’s.com on 12 May 2004. It is my personal web page where you can see the thin line dividing my sanity & insanity.

The [Domain] Name:
Southpaw literally means a left handed person, it is commonly used for boxers & baseball pitcher. I got the name from a song performed by a Christian Rock band named Precious Death. The song Southpaw caught my attention. For me, living a southpaw life is like swimming against the tide, avoiding to conform with the norms of the society, it means following your conviction no matter how unpopular it is.

The site consists of five (5) major links, i.e. home, archives, links, site info & the author.

home is my personal web log, it is at the same time my index page. archives is where you can find my previous posts, thanks to kate gasis for a wonderful wordpress plug-in called kgarchive. the blogs that i read & the selected sites that i frequently visiting are located in links. site info is where you are right now & the author is everything you need to know about me.
